Despite my best intentions, I often find myself thinking about the past or the future while I’m alone, even though I know better.
There is a tendency for most of us to dwell on our pasts or our futures.

The ability to live in the moment, spend quality time with the people you care about, and to find great delight in all of your experiences is one of the best gifts you would give yourself.
