3. विद्याधनम् सर्वधनात् प्रधानम्। (Vidyādhanaṁ sarvadhanāt pradhanaṁ)

Hindi Translation: यदि शांति और युद्ध दोनों समान रूप से अच्छे हैं, तो राजा को शांति का चुनाव करना चाहिए।
6. जीवेषु करुणा चापि मैत्री तेषु विधीयताम् । (jīveṣu karuṇā cāpi maitrī teṣu vidhīyatām ।)
