Both happiness and anger affect our mood, though their feelings differ they both carry a similar goal. The goal is to make an individual understand that they are temporary. There is no person on earth who experiences lifelong anger or happiness.

Some people believe that only happiness has positive effects on the human body. But this is not true. Both happiness and anger have some positive effects. You might have heard many benefits of happiness, but anger has positive effects too.

Anger helps us to be in survival mode when faced with the enemy or danger, anger makes us aware of injustice, anger also boosts our motivation.

Though anger and happiness differ from one another, but they have some similarities which make these emotions work hand in hand. One emotion without another is just useless for our growth in life.
